Struggling with lower back pain? Strengthen your lumbar muscles and feel the relief!

Our easy-to-follow exercises target the muscles that support your spine, helping to reduce pain and improve posture.

For strengthening lumbar extension, aim for 2-3 sets of 8-15 repetitions per exercise. You can perform these exercises 2-4 times per week, with rest days in between to allow your back muscles to recover.
