New Moon Blessings!

The dark moon phase offers a beautiful opportunity to move inward. She is Mother Earth's reminder to slow down, plant seeds and regenerate our energy. Many who have synced their cycle with the lunar phases will bleed and take the time to become introspective, move into darkness and rest the body....
Womyn have been said to have enhanced intuition at this time - I feel a personal joy in allowing myself some freedom to randomly select herbs that I want to work with without thinking too much, and setting some deep intentions for it's medicine....
The sacred wheel is turning and we can already start to feel the winds of seasonal change in the air. This is a good opportunity to start creating the Fall/Winter medicines that will carry you through the colder months.

Think roots, barks, berries....the potions that will support your immunity.

What every you do, slow it down today and for the next three days. Journal your thoughts, the things you want to create and invision what the future looks like. Plant the seeds, and witness them flourish with the new moon energy in Leo.
