This Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we recognize the different ways neurodivergent people think and approach their work.

Neurodivergent individuals bring creativity, focus, curiosity, and new ways of looking at challenges. When workplaces understand and support those differences, teams are stronger for it.

In "Diverse Minds: Creating Inclusive Workplaces for Neurodivergent Workers," CCRW explores how thoughtful workplace design and inclusive practices can help remove barriers and support the success of neurodivergent talent.

This week is a reminder that inclusive workplaces benefit from many different ways of thinking.

When Chad first came to CCRW, he was navigating severe physical pain, mental health challenges, and uncertainty after a workplace injury changed everything.

Through individualized support, including adaptive equipment for an at-home role, resume development, interview coaching, counselling, and ongoing encouragement, our team stood alongside him every step of the way.

And this time?

He walked into an interview and walked out hired on the spot. 💛

Chad, thank you for trusting us with your journey and for sharing your story. Your resilience is inspiring, and we are honoured to have been part of your path forward.

This is what disability confidence looks like in action.
