• Assisting in personal hygiene and basic personal care
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and continence (toileting) care
• Assistance with ambulance (walking) and physical activity
• Light meal preparation and feeding
• Companionship
• Assistance with light housekeeping chores
• Change beds, towels, and performing light laundry related tasks
