It's almost back to school time in Ontario! Use these tips to help your child wear their backpack correctly and avoid back, neck, and shoulder pain.

1. Choose the right size backpack for your child's body.
2. Encourage your child to wear both shoulder straps to evenly distribute the weight of the backpack.
3. Adjust the straps so that the backpack rests comfortably without sagging too low or riding too high.
