👣Youre feet are your roots. They affect absolutely every function and chain in the body.👣

🦶A big focus of mine is the feet. How you walk. What your arch is like and thus- what your footing is like.

🗣I can not stress ENOUGH how important proper shoes and footing is. For every day use. For sport. For everything.

🩴👠Flip flops are terrible. High heels are terrible. Im not telling you not to wear them- Im highly encouraging you to spend the extra cash on some good quality footing that will save you from deterioration and pain in your;

✅Hips- pinching and aching
✅Back- low back pain
✅Knees- sharp pains and strains
✅Ankles- rolling and sprains

📩PM me if you'd like some super deep release for your ankles calves and feet.

They take a beating and they desperately need release. Itll change the way you walk and maybe even everything else.

What are some weird hobbies that you have?

I'll name 3 of mine;

1. Cutting up men's shirts and making them sexy (especially 80s/90s culture)
2. Putting on classical music, sitting by the water and watching the birds do a synchronized dance to it (it's a type of meditation for me)
3. Putting ketchup on everything (you can take the girl out of 🇨🇦 but you can't take the 🇨🇦 out of the girl)

Extra curricular interests are what make us beautifully unique. The weirder the better.

💁🏽‍♀️Either way- it was time to decompress the stress on my spine. It doesn't matter what we do- gravity is always pulling us down. So being upside down is a good way to counter that obviously.

⁉️How can we decompress our spines? From more accessible to least;

✅Yoga
✅Regular body work (every week)
✅Inversion tables
✅Hand and headstands
🗻When youre feeling the weight of the world- you gotta put your thing down flip it reverse it (eshnerfremenipavenyette x2)

📍How do we optimize on mobility gains quickly?📍

✅By using techniques like PNF.

🤣What does PNF stand for? PM me for those details.

⁉️What does PNF do? It increases range of motion by lengthening the muscle that is being activated.

✅Basically, the client pushes against some resistance with the muscle they want to stretch- and it increases the mobility gain more than a regular stretch.

💁🏽‍♀️This is what me and my client are doing here. Some PNF in a glute stretch.

‼This is why a buddy system is important.
