It takes two athletes to complete a true partnership. We prepare the equestrian body for sport, with the same priority and emphasis as the equine. We're supporting equestrian bodies throughout North America with our head-quarters located in Ontario, Canada.

Everyone meet HS Athlete Geena, splitting her time between Massachusetts and Wellington. 🇺🇸🤍

We are coming up to finishing our first month working together and all I can say is, Geena has tunnel vision on accomplishing her goals in and out of the saddle.

I somehow find the most incredible athletes to work with. Geena shows nothing but hard work and dedication to her sport, family, and horses.
Geena is coming back from just having her sweet baby girl. She wanted to bounce back as fast as possible but safely under the guidance of HS. We will be working very closely together and monitoring every change in the saddle and in the gym.

HS ATHLETE

Halt Square welcomed Monika to our team this past month, and I can confidently say she embodies the definition of a hardworking and dedicated equestrian, passionately pursuing her dreams. Although we’ve only worked together for a short time, she is truly someone to admire.

We train early in the morning, while most are still sleeping, before she begins her long day in the cold. Monika shows up ready to work and has demonstrated improvement each week.

New HS ATHLETE, .houlton

Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of sponsoring an extraordinary Polo Tournament, where I met Molly—a true powerhouse on the field. Her talent and passion for the sport have left a lasting impression, and I’m excited to be part of her journey this season.

Having taken the winter off, Molly is now focused on peak condition. Together, we’ll enhance her strength and agility, ensuring she becomes an even more formidable presence on the field. My goal is to help her reach new heights while prioritizing injury prevention.

🌟 My Journey as a Rider 🌟

1. Effective Communication:
My goal is to become the best communicator possible with my horses. Communication is primarily through our bodies.

2. Muscle Isolation:
I’ve focused on isolating specific muscles to enhance my signals and improve my riding.

3. Strength & Coordination:
Building strength and coordination has allowed me to contract and release muscles at the right moments, delivering precise signals to my horse.

4. Guidance from Megan Glynn:
Working with Megan Glynn and Halt Square has taken my riding to a whole new level. Their program is tailored to my individual needs.

5. Peak Performance:
At this stage in my life, in my mid-50s, I feel I’m riding better than ever before.

6. Commitment to Excellence:
The hard work I’ve put in alongside Megan is empowering me to be the best rider I can be.

A huge shoutout to our high-performance athlete, for her remarkable accomplishments this past weekend at WEC!

“What an incredible weekend in Ocala! All three boys were absolute stars.
Glenny was fantastic both days in the 3*, finishing 3rd in both classes with a standout 68% in the Special. Dobby delivered two solid Grand Prix tests, finishing 2nd and 1st. I was especially proud of how much he’s matured—both in the ring and throughout the show. Matteo’s first overnight was a complete success, and I couldn’t be prouder of how confidently he handled a brand-new environment
Huge thank you to .michelle011 for her dedication to keeping the boys happy and in top form. for the exceptional coaching. Always keeping the horses and me in sync and moving forward as a team. So grateful to an incredibly talented and kind human who keeps me feeling strong, confident, and competition-ready. And of course, thank you to the best husband. From grazing horses to washing the whites, I truly couldn’t do this crazy life without you …And if you heard any dogs barking their heads off in the hotel... it definitely wasn’t mine!”

It has truly been an honor to work closely with Chase. Her success is no coincidence; it stems from her unwavering dedication and commitment. She shows up three times a week, fully prepared to tackle her weaknesses in the saddle in the gym. Chase understands that with hard work comes results, and she consistently puts in the effort to ensure her achievements reflect that.

I’d like to introduce one of our high-performance Canadian athletes, .brent 🇨🇦

We have only been working together for a few short months, and I cannot wait to help her achieve her dreams here in Florida.

Not only do we have the opportunity to work closely together, but her new mount, Stormy River, will also be stabled with our team this season in Florida.

What an absolute honor it is to help an athlete achieve her goals on such a special horse!

I’m feeling incredibly grateful for all our athletes and followers today!

Yesterday, I had the privilege of traveling across the GTA to meet with riders from various disciplines.

Every one of our HS athletes gives their all in every session, and I truly admire your hard work, determination, and dedication.

This month has been our biggest yet🔥

Welcoming six new HS athletes! It’s exciting to see a diverse mix of disciplines: jumper, polo, western, and dressage.

HS Athlete 🔥

I’m thrilled to share that Jessica received reserve high points at her show this past weekend! 🥹

Her dedication has truly shone through, as she committed to two sessions a week with me, along with solo workouts and daily mobility and stretching routines. Achieving real change in riding requires grit, and Jessica has faced both physical and mental challenges along the way. Each time she encountered obstacles, she reached out for guidance, and our team worked together and found effective solutions.

She’s now pain-free and feeling the strongest she’s ever felt in the saddle, which is significantly enhancing her performance.

I cannot wait to conduct a video analysis comparing her past performances to her latest show. 😈
