1-year revision rhinoplasty result ✨

This patient came to me after a previous rhinoplasty left her tip overly rotated, causing too much nostril show and an unbalanced profile.

Her revision focused on restoring proper tip rotation and support to achieve a more natural, harmonious appearance. At one year, the nose has settled beautifully with a softer, more refined look and significantly improved frontal and profile balance.

3-month rhinoplasty and chin augmentation update ✨

This patient has naturally thick skin, so swelling takes longer to settle — but we’re already seeing great early progress.

Profile improvement was achieved with tip deprojection and a subtle chin augmentation to enhance facial balance.

The nose has been straightened. While it will never be perfectly midline, the improvement is significant and natural.

There is still some expected residual swelling in the tip. This will continue to decrease over the coming months and years, revealing more definition over time.

Excited to watch this result continue to refine and so thankful to our beautiful patient for sharing her result 👃
