Swimming, running (or a brisk walk if the sound of running gives you the ick 😉) and cycling are all activities that can get your heart pumping!

*for some people, exercise can actually be a trigger for your migraines. Be sure to start off slow. Keep a migraine tracking journal to document a potential pattern and speak with your GP*

With client participation, the o.m.p. guides the body through micro-movements to release the tissues in tension. A spinal mobilization will follow to then restore alignment, function of the spine and overall vitality
