Original Hot Yoga vs Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Both are strong, heated practices, but they feel completely different in the body.

Vinyasa Flow, often referred to as power vinyasa, is continuous and dynamic. You move from one posture to the next with your breath, building heat through movement. The pace is fluid, and the sequences challenge coordination, endurance, and full-body strength. You leave feeling energized, worked, and mentally clear.

Original Hot Yoga follows a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. While the postures remain the same, your experience of them is always evolving. Each class is an opportunity to explore more depth, awareness, and control within a consistent framework. Over time, that consistency becomes a powerful measure of progress. You leave feeling grounded, reset, and steady.

The difference is not just in how they are structured, but in how they make you feel.

Vinyasa is fluid, athletic, and energizing.
Original Hot Yoga is focused, disciplined, and grounding.

Both will challenge you. Both will build strength and resilience. They simply meet you in different ways.

If you have only tried one, it may be worth experiencing the other.

🔥 New Saturday Class Added! 🔥

Starting next week through mid-June, we’re adding an extra Saturday class to help with our full and waitlisted weekend classes.

1:00 PM — Hot Sculpt Pilates (45 minutes)

This class is all about slow, controlled, high-burn movements that target the smaller stabilizing muscles we often miss in traditional workouts. Expect bodyweight work with bands, Pilates circles, blocks and other props to create deep muscle activation while building strength and stability.

We’ll focus on glutes (especially those side glutes), hips, core and joint stability with precise, low-impact movements that lengthen, strengthen and sculpt the body. Think controlled pulses, focused core work, and glute and ab sequences that leave you shaking in the best way.

Perfect as a standalone workout or as a fiery add-on to your Saturday routine.

This spring, we’re introducing a 5-Week Original Hot Yoga Foundations & Mastery Series designed to help you deepen your understanding of the practice and experience its full benefits.

Led by Sabina Georgescu, founder of Red Tree Hot Fitness, this small-group series goes beyond a standard class and explores the sequence in greater depth.

Each session includes:
• 50-minute Original Hot Yoga practice (each posture once to warm the body)
• In-depth posture clinic and technical breakdown
• Alignment, biomechanics, and breath education
• Personalized coaching and adjustments
• Time for questions and deeper learning
