We did it! Thanks to your generosity, we raised 121 lbs of food for Daily Bread Food Bank! Along with the food collected, I'll be making a donation of $121 to this amazing organization. Several families will have food on their tables this Holiday season!

Cold and 'flu season is upon us! Please don't take any chances with your health; if you feel even a hint of a tickle or a general feeling of malaise, you're probably already contagious.
Keep yourself hydrated, rest often, and reschedule your appointments. If you must be out and about, mask up to prevent the spread of infection.

What an fun day! Thank you so much to and for joining me at The Daily Bread Food Bank to give massages for the volunteers!

Together, we treated 19 volunteers for a total of 380 minutes. The volunteers were all so delighted and loved their massages.

We also raised an incredible $1295 for the Daily Bread Food Bank! Yay!

It was truly an amazing experience, and I can't wait to do it again next year!
