I used to let work stress flare up my psoriasis.

Now?

I let it build my glutes instead. 😂

Stress is real.
Triggers are real.
Flare-ups are real.

But so is discipline.
So is growth.
So is choosing to release it instead of holding it.

If they’re going to stress you anyway…
you might as well get stronger from it. 💪
