Babies should p**p every day.

Skipping poo-days is an indicator of slow digestion.

If you can count the days between 💩s, then come see us here at MyBaby and we'll help increase the number of bowel movements in your household.

My baby isn't rolling yet. Is that normal?

If you've Googled that at midnight, you're not alone.
Patty, our OT, works with babies whose bodies need a little support getting there. Milestones aren't just boxes to check. They are the body showing you how it's organizing itself.

MyBaby In Motion, Patty's new movement workshop series, starts April 2nd. 3 sessions per stage, $120 per family.

Spots are limited. Book through the link in our bio.

Before you try tummy time again, notice if your baby:

Screams the second you put them down
Can only turn their head one way
Can't lift their head at all
Arches backward in panic
Seems genuinely distressed (not just fussy)

This isn't normal newborn fussiness. Their body is telling you something hurts.

Our OT Patricia uses CST to release the restrictions causing pain, then builds the strength babies need.

Tummy time becomes easier. Development progresses. Movement feels good again.

Your baby cannot tell you what hurts. So they show you.
Back arching. Clicking while nursing. A head that always turns the same way. Straining through every bowel movement. Waking every 45 minutes, night after night.

These are not personality quirks or phases to wait out. They are signals from a body working around something.

Swipe through to learn what five of the most common signs actually mean. Save this and share it with a parent who has been told these things are normal.

March 21 is World Down Syndrome Day.

Babies with Down syndrome often have lower muscle tone in the jaw, tongue, and throat, which makes feeding harder from the very first days. Their craniosacral system holds tension just like any other baby's body does. Working to relieve this tension can have a positive effect on the function of their tongue, and helps to improve feeding outcomes.

CST works gently with the muscles of the neck, and bones of the skull and hard palate to support easier breathing, more comfortable feeding, and better nervous system regulation.
Every baby deserves a body that works as freely as possible. We are here to help.

Parents are struggling with their babies. And they’re desperate for help. But going to 3 different clinics is exhausting.

Instead of referring you to multiple practitioners across the city, we brought them all under one roof. Our craniosacral therapists, lactation consultants and feeding therapists work together on your baby's care.

One location. One integrated chart. One team that speaks the same language about your baby's body.
We're currently booking new families for March and April. Whether you need feeding support, developmental assessment, or bodywork—we can help.
