At Primacare Living Solutions, supporting those living with dementia is something truly close to our hearts.

We are proud to partner with the Alzheimer Society and give back in a meaningful way, just as they have continually supported our residents, staff, and families.

Each of our homes will be hosting their own Walk for Alzheimer’s, along with fun and engaging fundraising initiatives such as raffles, games, and more, all in support of this incredible cause.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to OLTCA for having us at the Together We Care Conference.

It was truly refreshing and empowering to be surrounded by such like minded, compassionate individuals in the healthcare sector. We are grateful for the opportunity to share the exciting innovations happening at Primacare Living Solutions.
