Honouring Our Heroes: Remembrance Day at Primacare Living Solutions

At Primacare Living Solutions, we paused to remember the brave men and women who sacrificed for our freedom.

Residents and team members joined together to create heartfelt tributes with handmade poppies, remembrance art, and displays celebrating veterans who proudly served our country.

Across our homes, we reflected, remembered, and gave thanks. Stories were shared, memories revisited, and the words “Lest We Forget” carried deep meaning as we paid tribute to those who gave everything for peace.

Every poppy, every smile, and every moment of reflection reminded us that people focused care is quality care. Honouring those who came before us is part of who we are.

Gratitude Grows Here 🌳❤️

This Thanksgiving, our residents and team at Primacare Living Solutions came together to create our Thankful Tree, a celebration of the people, moments, and care that make our community special.

Each leaf shares a message of gratitude, from family and friends to simple everyday joys. It is a reminder that when we focus on people first, quality care naturally follows.

This important project focuses on empowering our team through education, awareness, and early detection to help prevent abuse and neglect in long-term care.

At Henley House, 17 new BPSO Champions have completed their training through a collaborative workshop led by our team. These champions represent multiple departments, all united by one goal - enhancing clinical practices and resident outcomes.
Empowered, informed, and inspired, our new champions will play a key role in driving evidence-based programs that strengthen care quality across our home.
