So here are a few ways to support your spine and nervous system while you're supporting everyone else:

👟 Wear great shoes – Comfort and support matter more than ever when you’re constantly on the move.

🔁 Take breaks from your posture – It’s not about the perfect posture—it’s about changing positions often. Set reminders to stretch or move every 30–60 minutes.

🍑 Engage those glutes – When standing, think about gently squeezing your glutes to take pressure off your low back and support your pelvis.

↔️ Shift side to side or try a staggered stance – This reduces fatigue when you're standing at whiteboards or walking hallways for hours.
