Life isn’t a straight line!

Because life is alive.

It’s simply the body’s way of responding
a signal, an impulse, a call to adjust.
What drains us isn’t always the stress itself,
but the way we experience it.
The lens through which we see it.
Learning to welcome stress, to listen to it, to regulate it,
is learning to move with life,
instead of resisting it. 💫

come back to your breath.
It’s the most natural tool your body offers
to calm the mind, soften the tension, and reconnect within 🌸.
Close your eyes.
Breathe.
