Today my daughter made her first smoothie! 🥦🍌🍎🥬🍋🫐🍇🍊And actually liked it! 😍 Getting her to eat anything Green 🌱 is a battle…. Unless she doesn’t know she’s eating it 😏. We had a fun time washing all the fruit and helping me turn it into a smoothie. I think from her participating in making the smoothie ,it made her want to drink it even more! Include your kids in the meals you make . It’s fun for them and they want to try what they made. If anyone has any other suggestions to get my little one to eat more greens 🥬, let me know in the comments! 😃

1 tbs Chopped Walnuts = 3g protein
