Did you know that in addition to any physical trauma incurred, bullying can result in serious emotional problems, including anxiety, low self-esteem, or depression? Bullying is important to address every single day because it happens everyday and it can lead to even further devastating consequences such as su***de, as we have unfortunately been informed recently we know this is very real.

Pink Shirt Day aims to raise awareness of bullying in schools, workplaces, homes, and online. Lets spread kindness and look out for our friends who may need support! 💗

Pink Shirt Day falls on the last Wednesday of February every year. Take a stand against bullying and be an advocate for kindness and inclusivity by wearing pink on Pink Shirt Day - February 23rd, 2022. 👚

As we move into the third week of January, many of us are dealing with cold weather, holiday bills coming in, and isolation from our friends and family. While there is no scientific basis for it, the third Monday in January is often referred to as "Blue Monday" and is one of the hardest days of the year for many people dealing with depression.

👉 Swipe for our 3 tips to Beat Blue Monday and click the link in our bio for more resources.
