This stunning slide show created courtesy of an IPhone memory, is of the last Suspension Yoga teacher training in India before Covid brought the world to a halt.
So much has happened since that surreal period. The Flying Yogi studio in Toronto closed and reappeared as a retreat centre in Merida Mexico and, now the spirit of Suspension Yoga is reemerging in New Brunswick.
None of this was planned, it evolved moment by moment, breath by breath in response to a rapidly changing world.
And the journey continues. Stay tuned for a new training planned for Summer 2026.
Embrace the new, fear not, the Universe always has a new trick up its sleeve. 😊❤️

Because a child’s spine is still developing until the age of 12 and because they are so fearless in their little bodies, playtime on the YogiGym has tremendous benefits. It strengthens postural alignment and develops proprioception. And they absolutely LOVE being airborne! 🚀
