Ethan began his athletic career in the world of rugby, enamored by the intricacies of sport and fitness. As an athlete focused on power and strength, Ethan transitioned from the pitch to the platform representing Humber College as an intercollegiate Power Lifter. In his final year of post-secondary, Ethan advanced from athlete to coach, organizing and programming a team of powerlifters to compete against colleges and universities across Ontario. Before Ethan began his career as a coach and trainer, he pursued his Personal Training Certification with CANFIT Pro. Combining his technical knowledge of strength sports and the science of weight loss to achieve a flexible approach to body recomposition. In training, Ethan prioritizes building a strong foundation for movement, teaching every client how to move properly and avoid injury. For advanced lifters, Ethan provides a methodical approach to training, improving muscle quality, nutritional programming, and lifestyle strategies to assist all lifers in balancing health and enjoyment.
