If you ate off plan, missed your work out, stopped taking your vitamins, if you are alive, guess what, you can ALWAYS start again.

Twins and lots of baseball ⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️

There are errors, strike outs, hits that have been caught and lots of lost games. But we keep coming back for more. This game, like driving on the 401, takes deep patience.

It’s been a great season so far for these lil’ athletes of mine.
🏆Player of the games and tournament champs.
Coco just hit her 5th Home run of the season 🎉🥳 (so I am out $20 and the cost of a tiramisu 🤑😉)

The drives across the city are gruelling and soul sucking but witnessing my kiddos fail, try again and succeed is worth, well… everything.

Past the melanoma-causing sun, scorching bleachers, orange dust, and hours of innings, you can find the dopamine gems of small and huge wins. Perhaps seeking out the next rush of triumph is why us baseball junkies keep coming back for more.

No wonder it’s called a diamond 💎

Obviously, 🙋🏻‍♀️ I am a sports 💕romantic 😍

Celebrating this weekend with healthy and whole foods. 🥗Our menu: Cole slaw, mango avocado salsa, green salad, pork tenderloin, and grilled shrimp. Everyone went home well fed and without heart burn and indigestion 😉😘 Just because you are celebrating, remember you can eat delicious tasty food that is real, whole and healthy.

I get this question of: what do I bring/how do I feed my children at sporting event? I do put a lot of energy here because I want my kids feeling their best when they are suppose to perform. 🎭🎤🎬

This morning I have been prepping a bunch of food for my dancing diva and myself for her first dance competition weekend.

🌟Step one of food planing: I create the space to prep food.

🌟Intention and decision: I don’t want her (or I) filling up on chicken fingers or fries and definitely not the dreaded Boston pizza (not sure why this is the destination spot for most team dinners 🤔), so I prioritize a varied nutrition plan.

🌟Our menu for this weekend is sheep’s yogurt fruit and some vanilla infused honey for breakfast, edamame wild rice salad for lunch, egg salad, fruit, nuts, cheese, and veggies as needed. I am sure there will be treats, but at least we will both have a buffer of great fibre and nutritients to get through a busy weekend of sequins and red lipstick. And extra bonus: avoiding the lineups at the snack bar 🙌🏼
