Abs, Hip and Thigh Pilates Flow 💪

This lying flow challenges the core and lower body by progressively layering movements to build strength and warm up the muscles before moving into more challenging exercises.

Here is Victoria’s flow:

• Ab curl + single hip fold
• Ab curl + double hip fold
• Ab curl + mini single leg stretch
• Ab curl + toe taps
• Ab curl + bicycle legs

✨ PRO Tip: This flow can be done on the mat or lying on the Reformer carriage or box.
