Same starting position — completely different Pilates exercises challenging the body on different levels.

Torso Press Prep builds core stability while improving shoulder mobility and control. The focus is on hinging from the hips, maintaining a neutral spine, and resisting the pedal as it returns.

Isometric Torso Press increases the challenge by holding the shoulders steady while the legs move. This variation targets deep core stability while strengthening the hip flexors, quads, lats, and triceps — all without losing control of the pedal.
