Join us for the first Soundbath and Nidra event of the year!

Taryn Diamond and her talented friend, Trish Lanns, are teaming up to offer an atmospheric experience like none other. Indulge in a listening practice that pairs the poetry of yoga nidra with the sonic bliss of a sound bath. This class will soothe the system and softly prompt the mind towards rest, exploration and curious places beyond.

What are sound baths?
This multi-sensory holistic practice combines breathing techniques and immersive soundscapes to promote relaxation, connection, healing, rejuvenation and transformation. Participants typically begin by focusing on their breath, using techniques like deep belly breathing or rhythmic patterns to calm the mind and increase oxygen flow. During this practice you will be lying down and enveloped in soothing sounds produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, oceanic drums, gongs, tuning forks and shakers.

What is yoga nidra?
Part-restorative yoga and part-meditation, yoga nidra has students resting in a comfortable savasana for time (20-30min) while being guided to progressively deeper levels of relaxation. A simple, guided meditation enables the mind to relax through visualizations, noting sensations and using your imagination.

For the third time at Mosaic, indulge in a blissful Valentine’s Day with a rejuvenating journey that brings you and your partner closer together through the power of movement and shared mindfulness.

This unique class combines elements of yoga, fascial stretch therapy, Thai massage, breath work, and soft tissue release techniques.

Led by Mosaic Yoga’s very own Taranee Ponjani and her partner Abel Albanes, an accomplished athletic therapist and strength and conditioning coach, this class is designed exclusively for couples seeking relaxation and connection.

Under their guidance, couples will delve into the art of massaging, stretching, and synchronized breathing, fostering a deeper bond in a serene and intimate setting.

Fascia in Motion: Anatomy, Awareness & Application with Simone Nitzan

Everything in the body is connected, and fascia is the key. In this workshop, you’ll explore how the fascia is not just a “wrap” around muscles, but the dynamic, continuous connective web that links your feet to your forehead, your posture to your breath, and your movement to your being.

This workshop is open to yoga teachers and movement practitioners. Whether you’re guiding others or simply exploring your own body, you’ll leave with actionable insight and embodied awareness you can apply immediately in your practice.

Join Indu and Taryn in their pairing of two potent practices: somatic movement and restorative yoga. In the first half of this special class, Indu will guide participants through somatic movements to prep and prime the body for rest. Taryn follows up with restorative yoga shapes that are held for time. With a supported body, participants can observe and absorb subtle shifts in both the nervous system and the mind. In short, this practice intends to provide you with potent exploration and meaningful rest.

What is somatic movement?
Somatic movement consists of small, gentle movement explorations mainly done on the ground. With kind guidance, movements can restore muscle length, sensations and function. A regular somatic movement practice will take you on a journey of self exploration, helping you to connect better with yourself, finding ease in your body, and attuning to your emotions.

What is restorative yoga?
Restorative yoga is a practice one takes from seated or lying down. With the support of props like blankets and bolsters, participants can experience the alchemy of a yoga pose without the muscular effort.

It’s day 20! It’s finally here, our last deal for 2025! For today only you can get a 6 Month Unlimited Pass for ONE studio location for $750+HST.

Get access to our in person and online classes with a one studio location pass.

Six Month Unlimited must be activated by July 31, 2026. All ‘Unlimited’ Passes cannot be paused or extended. These passes do not have the same perks as our monthly auto-renewing memberships and do not include mat rentals, mat storage, workshop discounts, On Demand, or pauses.
