Ehatare Retirement and Nursing Home

Ehatare Retirement and Nursing Home Quality care for Seniors. Independent and Long-Term Care living. The Nursing Home, fourth floor addition, was opened in March, 1995. The furnishings are oak.

Ehatare Retirement Home was built by the Estonian Relief Committee in Canada to serve the needs of the aging Estonian population. The home was completed at the end of 1981, with the first residents moving in in January of 1982. Ehatare Retirement Home has 76 private rooms and 12 double (usually couples) rooms. The Nursing Home has 8 private, 10 two-person and one 4-person rooms (32 beds in total). Each room has a bathroom, and closet. There is individually controlled electric heat in each room, along with telephone and cable T.V. connections.
