45 MINUTES
F45 is one of the most time-efficient ways of training. We aim to burn up to 750 calories per 45-minute session. Our functional training classes continuously evolve so virtually no two workout are ever the same! The motivation and encouragement in a group training facility creates a pulsing, upbeat environment where goals are met and exceeded. RESULTS. When it comes to weight management, good nutrition is vital. 🚀 Peak 500 has arrived, and it’s the ultimate test of what you’re capable of.

Think of this as F45 performance, evolved. You’ve got 30 minutes to give it everything you've got across 5 epic stations.

The goal? Hit those targets and see how far you can push your limits. Go solo or team up with a gym buddy.

Game plan: ⏱️ 5 minutes work | 1 minute rest

🚴 Station 1: Bike Erg
Goal: 100 calories

🏋‍♂️ Station 2: 8 X Devils Press followed by 12 X Dumbbell Suitcase Forward Lunges (X5)
Weights: Females 2 x 8 kg | Males 2 x 12.5 kg
Goal: 100 reps

⛷️ Station 3: Ski Erg
Goal: 100 calories

🏃 Station 4: 20 X 15M (OR 300m equivalent) Shuttle Sprints then 80 Thrusters
Weights: Females 15 kg | Males 25 kg
Goal: 20 laps + 80 reps

🚣 Station 5: Row Erg
Goal: 100 calories

This one’s all about grit, pacing, and that “just one more rep” mindset.
