Park Bench provides counseling and support to people of all ages, and all walks of life. Our mandate is to be there for you no matter what you're dealing with. Everyone has problems at some point. Everyone feels lost, alone, not sure where to turn. Seeking help when you are in need is not a sign of weakness; it is just plain smart. Talking out your problems in a safe and comfortable atmosphere, knowing you will be heard, understood and cared about is a good first step on the road to feeling better. Give it a try! We are a private service, not covered, but very inexpensive. Flexible fees to meet your budget. Our main location is at Kennedy and Finch. We also provide counseling by Skype, phone, and email under fee for service. You can even receive help anonymously if you prefer. Make up a name; no questions will be asked.
