The Red Oak Centre is an integrated service centre committed to providing comprehensive support to c

Our team of experts work collaboratively to support our clients and their families. At The Red Oak, we guide parents through the process of understanding their child’s unique social, emotional and learning profile, providing and implementing effective treatment plans based on best practices. Clients do not require a diagnosis to access Red Oak services. The Red Oak develops a tailored plan for each client according to their profile of strengths and needs. The Red Oak supports children, adolescents and their families struggling with:

* ADHD
* Learning disabilities
* Executive functioning deficits
* Anxiety
* Depression
* Behaviour difficulties
* Adolescent issues

So we’re pleased to share that we are currently accepting referrals for child psychology, executive function coaching and speech-language pathology with NO wait lists! Registration for our winter group sessions is open! We’re offering 7 great sessions to help your child build self-regulation or social skills, or help picky eaters build comfort with new foods.

All of our group therapy sessions are:
- led by an occupational therapist (or two)
- focused on real-life skill-building amongst peers
- fun and interactive

Doing these together builds connection and shows your commitment to self-care.

Last week we had the pleasure of spending the day at leading workshops for staff on understanding challenging behaviour through the lens of executive functioning, ADHD, and emotional regulation. We explored what’s going on beneath the surface—and how to support campers with compassion, structure, and clarity. We had so much fun with this amazing group of young leaders. It’s going to be an awesome summer!☀️
