Growing from a single idea into a trusted space for wellness, belonging, and care. We began as Yoga Mamas. A community created for mothers. Over thirteen years, our care expanded. Welcome RMT Jazmine Stinson to the kāer team 💆

Jazmine brings a deeply grounded approach to care. Her work is purposeful, slow, and restorative — creating space for the nervous system to settle while addressing the root causes of pain and restriction.

Jazmine’s clinical background includes hospital-based rotations at Sunnybrook’s high-risk pregnancy unit, Toronto General Hospital, and Lyndhurst Rehabilitation, along with experience in a perinatal clinic and providing scar tissue release for top surgery clients.

Her treatments are collaborative and client-centered, integrating Swedish massage, myofascial release, dynamic stretching, trigger point therapy, reflexive techniques, and more — always with the goal of supporting long-term comfort, resilience, and ease of movement.

Jazmine offers adult, pediatric, and abdominal massage, supporting clients across all life stages.

We’re happy to have Jazmine’s depth, care, and steady presence at kāer.
