Kāer Toronto's leading prenatal and postnatal wellness centre since 2012. Yoga Mamas is now kāer. Since 2012, we have been a place of connection. So did our community.

Growing from a single idea into a trusted space for wellness, belonging, and care. We began as Yoga Mamas. A community created for mothers. Over thirteen years, our care expanded. Women came to us for fertility. For pregnancy and postpartum. For pediatrics. For perimenopause. For recovery, strength, steadiness, and renewal. Our name needed to catch up. kāer reflects who we already are. A word that can carry every phase of a woman’s life. Welcome RMT Jazmine Stinson to the kāer team 💆

Jazmine brings a deeply grounded approach to care. Her work is purposeful, slow, and restorative — creating space for the nervous system to settle while addressing the root causes of pain and restriction.

Jazmine’s clinical background includes hospital-based rotations at Sunnybrook’s high-risk pregnancy unit, Toronto General Hospital, and Lyndhurst Rehabilitation, along with experience in a perinatal clinic and providing scar tissue release for top surgery clients.

Her treatments are collaborative and client-centered, integrating Swedish massage, myofascial release, dynamic stretching, trigger point therapy, reflexive techniques, and more — always with the goal of supporting long-term comfort, resilience, and ease of movement.

Jazmine offers adult, pediatric, and abdominal massage, supporting clients across all life stages.

We’re happy to welcome Kimberley, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), to the kāer team.

Kimberley brings a depth of care shaped by her background as a Registered Midwife (Inactive) and her work in birth care, grief support, sexual and reproductive health, and perinatal wellbeing. Her practice offers a trauma-aware, relational, and deeply compassionate space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, loss, relationship challenges, body image concerns, and the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and life beyond.

Her work gently explores how grief and trauma live in the body — making space for what has felt unseen, unheard, or difficult to name. Through evidence-based, feminist-informed, relational-cultural, narrative, parts-work, and person-centred approaches, Kimberley supports clients in reconnecting with their inner authority, voice, and sense of self during periods of change and transformation.

With a background in counselling psychology and creative writing, Kimberley brings storytelling into the therapeutic process as a powerful path toward meaning, integration, and healing. We’re pleased to welcome Paula, Registered Physiotherapist, to the kāer team.

Paula brings grounded, evidence-led care with a focus on pelvic health, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal support. Her work spans prenatal and postpartum recovery, pelvic floor function across all stages of life, and care for concerns such as incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and menopause-related change.

A lifelong learner, Paula integrates Pilates-informed principles into her practice — supporting core control, breath mechanics, and functional movement as foundations for long-term wellbeing. Her approach begins with a thorough assessment and unfolds through thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that combine manual therapy, movement retraining, exercise prescription, and education.
