Myth or fact of the day!

We get a lot of patients who only want to check their vision prescription and overlook the importance of an ocular health exam. Like other organs, they serve a main purpose but we also have to check the health of our eyes so make sure they're functioning correctly. So even if you can see clearly, it doesn't necessarily mean your eyes are healthy.

Reminder to always remove your contact lenses before sleeping (unless prescribed)!

Sleeping in contact lenses can seriously damage your eyes and could lead to vision loss. If you're feeling tired or it's time to wind down, remove your contact lenses and/or switch to glasses!
