Hi everyone! Dr. Dinos will be away from the office starting Monday July 25th and returning on Wednesday, August 10th.

In his absence, Dr. Joe Listro will be taking care of patients. Dr. Joe has been a Toronto-based chiropractor for the last 8 years and regularly fills in for select vacationing doctors. Coming from a family of chiropractors (father and uncle) he is well versed in the care we provide at this office.

We encourage you to stay on track with your schedule while Dr. Dinos is away to maintain improvement, and not lose any progress.

We are opening! Yes, that is correct! The office is re-opening for people with pressing issues on a limited basis. Over the past two weeks, we have been preparing the office for our new version of normal. We are booking appointments starting Wednesday, May 20, 2020 during special adjusting hours.

The following is a list of safety measures we are implementing for your safety while getting the care you need:

- Hand sanitizer at the entrance and in each adjusting room

- Clinic door will remain propped open to reduce door handle sharing

- Removal of all chairs in the reception and rooms to reduce surface contact as much as possible

- Large acrylic shield at the front desk with openings for transactions

- Disinfection protocols for high touch areas including all adjusting tables after each patient interaction, computer screens

- Dr. Dinos will be wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- Appointment booking protocols have changed to respect social distancing measures

- Limiting the number of people in the office at any one time

- Use of our new Digital booking and filing system to avoid any paper handling in the office

When you book your appointment, you will receive an email listing steps to follow when coming in. Please read and make sure to follow our new procedures for everyone’s safety and comfort.

Much thought and preparation has gone into creating a safe, comfortable, and high service environment for the delivery of exceptional care. Due to the current COVID-19 crisis we are closed until April 6th, 2020. Anyone with an appointment booked from now until April 6th inclusive, please consider your appointment cancelled.
We understand this is a difficult time. If you have a new injury, an emergency or you feel your health is deteriorating and cannot wait until after the crisis, please contact the office for information on how to reach Dr. Dinos directly.
We have done our best to contact patients who were scheduled but if for some reason you did not hear from us please accept a sincere apology.
For all other matters or bookings after April 6th please send an email to totalhealthchiropracticcentre@gmail.com and we will respond when we return to the office.

***IMPORTANT CLINIC INFOMATION***

As a precautionary measure, and in accordance with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, Total Health Chiropractic Centre will be closed for wellness, maintenance and non-essential care, effective immediately.
We will be available for emergency and acute care on a limited basis.

We estimate that this closure will last for approximately two weeks. This is only an estimate, as this situation remains very fluid.
The return to regular operations date, once known, will be communicated to you by email, on our answering machine, and on our page.

Please consider that any appointments you had scheduled between now and March 29 are cancelled.

EMERGENCY VISITS FOR CHIROPRACTIC: The government has allowed for emergency visits. These visits are defined as chiropractic appointments that cannot wait until we re-open. If you are suffering, we want you to reach out and let us know you need to see us.
You can contact the office directly by phone at 416-492-6563 or via email at totalhealthchiropracticcentre@gmail.com. We will check the voicemail and email several times per day, and respond accordingly.

We understand that a number of you consider the services we provide as essential services in promoting your physical and mental well-being. We don’t take our role in supporting your health lightly. As a result, the phone and email will be answered for questions, concerns, and helpful health care direction. All communications will be answered promptly.

Remember that health is an inside-out job. Take care of your body, and it will take care of you. Sleep, eat well, do something that brings peace to your spirit, exercise regularly, get some fresh air, and keep moving.

Thank you to all of our practice members for making our annual Chiropractic For Kids Toy Drive a huge success! We are happy to support the CP24 Chum Christmas Wish and are looking forward to doing it all again next year. Happy Holidays from all of us at Total Health!

As we do every year, THCC will be collecting new unwrapped toys for children in our community. From now until December 17th you can drop off your donation to the office. When choosing a gift to donate please don't forget the older kids who often get forgotten. If you have any questions please contact Sara at the office! Dr. Dinos will be out of the office starting Wednesday March 14th and will return on Wednesday March 21st. Call Sara to book an adjustment before he leaves! He will be in the office until 7pm on Monday March 12th.

Every year the office collects donations to purchase food to Support the Yonge St Mission. It looks like we collected over 1000 lbs of food, perhaps even more!!! Thank you to all our practice members for their gracious donations to helping those less fortunate!
