✨ Sacred Fire · December Sauna Retreats ✨

The New Year is close. Before it arrives, pause and ask yourself: What am I carrying that feels heavy? What actually wants to begin?

These are questions best answered through the body — not through thinking, planning, or pushing. That’s why I am offering Sacred fire sauna retreats. The warmth of the sauna wraps the body, softens hidden tension, deepens the breath, and quiets the mind. And clarity shows up — naturally, without effort.

Two circles. Two grounding moments before the year turns.
Full Moon (December 4). Let go of what’s finished.
New Moon (December 21). Name what’s forming inside you and choose the direction that feels true.

If the new year calls for a cleaner, clearer start, this is your space.

Rest isn’t the opposite of growth — it’s what allows it.

When we slow down,
energy returns to its rhythm.
Stillness becomes movement.
Rest becomes renewal.

This is the quiet transformation we often overlook.

Discipline feels easier when you stop forcing it.

1. Anchor it in meaning
You don’t have to love the task — just be clear why it matters to you.
A strong “why” turns discipline a bit more into care, rather than pressure.

2. Make it tiny and doable
Shrink the task until it feels easy to start. Small wins build trust and make consistency natural.

3. Focus on consistency, not perfection
Some days will feel great, others just “done” — and both count. Progress comes from showing up, not doing it perfectly flawless.

Start small, stay kind, and let discipline grow from care — not pressure. 💛

The science of life - Ayurveda

It’s one of the oldest health systems in the world — and yet it feels more relevant than ever.

Ayurveda is never about quick fixes, it’s deeply personal practice where instead of searching for the perfect diet or routine it asks “what does your body need right now to come back to balance?”

It sees health not as fixing, but as remembering our natural rhythm.

In yoga therapy, I use Ayurveda as a map to guide each person back to their own balance — through breath, movement, and simple daily rituals.

✨ Let’s explore the Doshas next (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) — Ayurveda’s way of describing our unique mind-body nature. Leave a comment if you want to know more

✨Not All Rhythms Heal You✨

Have you ever come back from vacation more tired than before?

Ayurveda offers a clue. We’re all made of different elemental energies — Vata (air), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth).
Each of us thrives in a different pace, environment, and type of rest.

🌬For Vata types a fast-paced chaotic trip feels draining
🔥 For Pitta types too much heat or intensity feels exhausting.
🌊 For Kapha types a super slow, passive vacation might deepen sluggishness instead of bringing freshness .

The real rest begins when you start honouring your own rhythm.

What’s deeply restoring for you?
