We’re Hiring: Communicative Disorders Assistants & Speech-Language Pathology Assistants!

Are you passionate about supporting children and adults in building their communication skills? We’re looking for dedicated CDAs and SLP-As to join our growing team in the Cambridge and Kitchener area. If you have experience providing speech and language services, whether in-home or in-clinic, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for CDAs and SLP-As who can confidently deliver client-centered therapy under SLP supervision, document progress using SOAP notes on digital platforms like Alayacare, and communicate well with supervisors and team members. If you’re passionate about helping clients thrive and want to work in a supportive, flexible setting, we’d love to hear from you, and if you know someone who would be a great fit, please feel free to send them our way!
