Registration is open for our Winter 2026 Social Skills and Mental Health Groups!
Starting in January, we’re offering a range of evidence-based group programs for children, youth, young adults and caregivers, with more options than ever before. Whether the goal is to build friendships, manage anxiety, improve emotional regulation, or strengthen resilience, there’s a group to support your needs.
Groups are offered in small, supportive settings and are led by experienced clinical teams. Some programs take place in-person, while others are offered online.
