Still processing everything from the Relationship Summit.

I recorded this quick recap on my phone because I didn’t want to wait for the polished video to say thank you. There was something really powerful about being in a room where both singles and couples chose to invest in learning healthier relationship skills — communication, emotional safety, accountability, repair.

As a relationship therapist, I’ve carried the vision of creating a space like this for years. A place where people feel safe enough to reflect, brave enough to be challenged, and supported enough to walk away with real action steps.

Seeing it unfold in real time meant more than I can fully articulate right now.

The official video recap is coming soon. For now, here’s a small, honest glimpse into what we built together.

If you were there, thank you for being part of this community.
If you weren’t, I hope you’ll join us next time.

This summit isn’t for everyone — and that’s intentional.

It... IS.... for you if:
• You’re tired of surface-level relationship advice
• You want tools you can actually use, not just inspiration
• You value emotional safety, structure, and guided conversation
• You’re open to reflecting — whether you’re single or partnered

It may... NOT.... be for you if:
• You’re looking to be entertained rather than engaged
• You want quick fixes without self-reflection
• You prefer passive listening over active participation

This experience was designed for people who want to practice relationship skills — not perform them, not perfect them, and not pretend.

If you’ve been on the fence, let this be your clarity moment.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in relationship work is this: hesitation is not a lack of interest — it’s often a sign of discernment.

When people pause before committing to an experience centered on relationships, communication, or emotional growth, it’s usually because they’re asking thoughtful questions: Will this be safe? Will this be practical? Will this meet me where I am?

That’s exactly why this upcoming relationship-focused experience was designed the way it was — with structure, guidance, and respect for people’s capacity and readiness.

If you’ve reviewed the details and found yourself pausing, I invite you to take another look. Not from a place of pressure, but from curiosity and self-respect.

Registration remains open until Wednesday, and I’d be glad to welcome you into the room if it feels aligned.

Something I’ve learned after years of doing this work:
People don’t hesitate because they don’t care.
They hesitate because relationships are personal — and safety matters.

If you’ve been circling the summit link, reading the details, clicking around… and then pausing before you hit “buy,” you’re not doing anything wrong. That pause isn’t avoidance — it’s discernment.

Relationship spaces ask for time, emotional energy, and a willingness to be honest. Especially if you’re usually the one who holds it together, figures it out, or does the work quietly on your own.

This experience was designed with that in mind.
Clear structure. Guided conversations. No pressure to perform or overshare.

If you’ve been on the fence, consider this your gentle nudge.
🕊️ Take another look.
🕊️ Read it through with fresh eyes.
🕊️ And choose what feels aligned for you.

In a few days, we’ll be gathering for something that feels deeply needed.

So many of us want healthier, more fulfilling relationships — yet keep running into the same patterns: communication breakdowns, emotional distance, or uncertainty about how to build something that actually lasts.

The Relationship Summit was created for that exact space.

This one-day experience is for singles and partnered folks who want practical, grounded tools around three core relationship themes:
✨ Communication
✨ Intimacy
✨ Cultivating longevity & legacy

Each workshop is $32, and professional development or wellness funds can be used — because access matters.

Because this community means so much to me, I’m also sharing a $30 thank-you code for those feeling called to join (or pass along):

💛 Code: COMMUNITY

If you’ve been craving clarity, connection, and tools you can actually use — this space was created with you in mind.

This day has been a dream of mine for a long time.

To bring together a room full of people who actually care about relationships — with themselves, their partners, their families, and their communities — feels deeply meaningful.

The Relationship Summit was intentionally created for both single and partnered people, because every relationship we’re in starts with how we relate to ourselves. This time, no-one is going to be left out this conversation.

This isn’t about consuming information and leaving inspired for a week. It’s about learning, being gently challenged, practicing new skills, and walking away with clear action items you can use in real life.

It’s for people who are curious, reflective, and willing to do the work that makes relationships safer and more sustainable.

You’ll experience multiple workshops led by licensed therapists and relationship professionals, and when you break it down, it works out to $32 per workshop, with food included.
Professional development and wellness funds are welcome — because relationship health is life health.

I can’t wait to share this day with a community that’s choosing growth, accountability, and connection.

Whether you’re single or partnered, you belong here.
