Happy Birthday to me 🤎✨

Today I’m sitting in deep gratitude — for the lessons that stretched me, the collaborations that grew me, and the support that held me this year. I’m grateful for every person who has spoken my name in rooms I’ve never stepped foot in… your belief in me is a blessing I don’t take lightly.

I’m especially proud of my group practice. Watching it grow into a community where people show up, pour in, and champion each other has been one of the brightest parts of my year. It reminds me why I do this: to cultivate spaces where love is the foundation, and intentionality and safety stand tall as the pillars that keep us grounded.

As I step into this new year, I’m carrying softness, purpose, and a heart wide open. Thank you to everyone who has walked with me, rooted for me, or trusted me with their story — I feel it all.

Here’s to another year of growth, joy, alignment, and community that feels like home.
