Has this ever happened to you?
You are running ๐๐พ to get to class on time, your brain is full of thoughts ๐ญ like; what to cook for dinner, or worrying about your parents or kids, or perhaps you had an off day at work, or traffic was crazyโฆ
โฆ as soon as you arrive to your yoga mat, regardless of which class you signed up for; you take one deep breath ๐ฎโ๐จ while laying down and all of the sudden you feel this warm cozy feeling starting to enter your bodyโฆ second breath and your mind starts calming down as well. A few more breaths and now you are appreciating the moment and thinking about your blessings โจ
It is truly magical ๐ช
