Our model is patient centered which means all our exercise protocols are specific to the patient and not just a cookie cutter "hand out sheets with exercises" to patients. We put strong emphasis on manual therapy and have state of the art technology. Our team works closely with the physician team right here in the clinic and other physicians across the GTA. We work very closely with neurosurgeons, neurologists, orthopaedic surgeons and sports medicine doctors to make sure our patients get the best attention and the support they need. We review every case as a team to determine the best course of treatment for every individual patient. I also provide treatments for post concussive syndrome and work very closely with neurosurgery for this patient population.

Neck pain that won’t go away? Here’s a $5 tip.

Start looking at your shoulder.

When your shoulder loses internal rotation, your neck compensates. And that compensation becomes chronic pain.

Grab a lacrosse ball. Work the back of your shoulder. Restore that internal rotation.

As your shoulder mobility improves, your neck pain improves.

Because your neck was never the problem—it was just taking the hit for your shoulder.

Follow for real solutions to stubborn pain.

It’s not the most common answer, and here’s why…

People think plyometrics is only for athletes.

Elite training. Explosive movements.

Not for “regular people.”

But plyometrics is one of the best tools for functional aging.

Power - the ability to generate force quickly, declines faster than strength.

And when you lose power, everyday tasks become harder. Getting up from a chair. Catching yourself from a fall. Walking upstairs.

Plyometrics doesn’t have to mean box jumps.

It can be:

➡️ Step-ups
➡️ Controlled hops
➡️ Quick sit-to-stands.

Scaled. Progressive. Effective.

Plyometrics isn’t just for athletes. It’s for anyone who wants to move well as they age.

Most people think weight loss is just about discipline — eat clean, move more, stay consistent.

But then they hit a wall.

Doing everything right…
Still not seeing results.
Still feeling off.
Energy down. Motivation gone.

Not because they’re lazy — but because their body isn’t responding the way it should.

That’s when it becomes more than just “try harder.”
It becomes a medical conversation.

Not a group chat.
Not a Zoom clinic.
An actual doctor.
With lab work. Oversight. And a real plan to get you back to feeling like you again.

Not something you stay on forever — just long enough to make it stick.
