Responsibilities of the role:
Answer phone calls and manage customer relations. Bill and prepare patient prescriptions.
Manage retail transactions and assist patients
Inventory maintenance and management. Medication stocking, ordering and organization
Working in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team
The candidate will need to have the following skills:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Capable of multi-tasking and remaining composed in high pressure situations.
Detail oriented and able to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Extremely strong with technology
Experience in retail pharmacy and online billing an asset
Experience in Fillware software is an asset
Minimum Educational Requirement:
Successfully obtained a high school diploma
College or university degree in Sciences is an asset
Experience:
Experience with Fillware software / Kroll an asset.
1+ year experience in a similar role
Billing and online adjudication
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour dependent on experience
