3 months post breast augmentation ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Using 310cc moderate profile silicone implants, we were able to give this patient really great shape to the upper pole and the sides where volume was lacking most.

The implants were then placed beneath the muscle to help make her end result appear even more natural looking.

💡Subfascial and sub muscular placement is often a great choice for those who have minimal breast tissue to begin with, but want soft roundness as opposed to more visible implant appearance.

Asymmetry balancing with full profile volume

Breast asymmetry like differences in size, shape, and hang can be addressed in a number of ways depending the patient’s anatomy and goals: using different sizes/projections of implants between the breasts, lifting, reductions with liposuction, and so on.

There’s no one step approach to correcting asymmetry which is why Dr. Beber takes extra time during the consultation to assess you and formulate a detailed surgical plan with you.

This patient is 3 months post-op: we were able to resolve her asymmetry with implants alone using a full profile SSF365cc silicone implant to both breasts placed under the muscle.

Lifted and balanced breast reduction ⚖️

This patient is just 3 months post-op from her liposuction-assisted breast reduction! She came to us with noticeable asymmetry to the size and hang of her breasts and was looking to alleviate back/neck strain and balance the overall look. ✨

Using Dr. Beber’s specialty liposuction technique, both breasts were reduced and lifted; removing 638g from the right breast and 377g from the left to create a proportionate breast reduction.

This patient came to us with a previous scar from a tummy tuck. Similar to a C-section scar, we’re able to perform a MINI tummy tuck that creates a smaller incision area to tighten the skin and revise the look of the scar.

See in slide 3 how much this area was tightened!

For her MastoAug (breast lift + augmentation) we lifted the entire breast, reduced & replaced the ar**la, and added SSM365cc implants under the muscle to completely reverse the look of breastfeeding and weight fluctuation.
