Neighbourhood Shout-Out + Holiday Wellness Sale
We had to share this with our community. There’s an incredible house on Somerset completely covered in Christmas lights — arches, ornaments, a walk-through display, and even a nativity. It’s truly something to behold and such a special stop if you’re out for a neighbourhood stroll.
The best part: all proceeds collected from visitors go to Ronald McDonald House, supporting families in need during the holidays.
It’s located just around the corner from us at 70 Geary Ave, so if you’re nearby, it’s well worth checking out.

Simren and Daragh welcomed their sweet baby Rowen earthside this morning — 6 lbs 8 oz, born at 7:09 AM on October 22, 2025 — after an incredible birth journey filled with strength, trust, and love. A soecial thanks to Midwives Collective of Toronto and waddellwellnessacu for their support.

Excellent article on dance and why we should introduce children to movement

Dancing with children offers far more than simple entertainment — it actively supports their growth and emotional well-being.
