My time in beautiful Playa del Carmen is coming to an end, and I’m feeling so grateful for the healing, rejuvenation, and wonderful connections that happened here. It has been such a special time of reset and renewal.

I look forward to seeing everyone back in Toronto after March 12, 2026. When I return, I’ll also be launching my Recharge & Reset program, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

The Red Full Moon (often called a Blood Moon during a lunar eclipse) carries powerful symbolism — culmination, release, and emotional illumination. When this energy overlaps with retrograde, it creates a potent time for reflection rather than reaction.

A retrograde (like when Mercury appears to move backward) is astrologically associated with revisiting, reworking, and realigning. So when a Red Full Moon meets retrograde energy, it’s less about charging forward — and more about clearing karmic clutter.

To our beautiful community 💜 We’ve received so many loving messages checking in on our safety - thank you. We are currently safe and well here in Playa del Carmen. While there has been unrest reported in parts of Mexico 🇲🇽 , our area remains calm. We are staying informed, aware, and prioritizing safety while keeping a close eye on any developments.

With that said, after deep consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming Goddess 💃🏼 Retreat in Tulum. Safety always comes first for our community. While we’re disappointed, we trust the timing and know we’ll gather in sacred circle again when it feels fully aligned and secure. Please check our upcoming events and offerings! Our event page has been updated. We have beautiful things unfolding, and we cannot wait to share them with you 🌺
