We’re so happy to welcome Juby back 💜

Juby Chan, TCM Practitioner and Acupuncturist, was a beloved part of The Calm team before her move to Victoria, and we’re thrilled to share that she’s returning to offer virtual Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbal consultations, starting Fridays, May 1.

Juby is known for her thoughtful, deeply attentive approach. Her sessions are a true deep dive into your internal landscape, looking at patterns of imbalance through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Each consultation includes a comprehensive intake, tongue analysis, and symptom mapping, followed by a personalized plan that may include herbal support, dietary guidance, and recommendations for ongoing care.

Meet Sydney 💛 Sydney joins The Calm as our new Office Manager, bringing a calm, thoughtful presence and a strong foundation in clinic management.

With experience in creating smooth, people-centered environments, she helps keep things running with care, clarity, and intention behind the scenes. She has a natural ability to bring structure without losing warmth, and is always focused on supporting both the team and the client experience in a meaningful way.

Outside of work, Sydney is drawn to music and culture, and the ways they connect people and expression. She finds balance through yoga, sunny days, and time spent with her dogs, and brings that same grounded energy into everything she does.

Hormonal acne is often more than a skin concern. It can be a reflection of what’s happening internally, including shifts in hormones, stress levels, and overall balance in the body.

Sidney is a Registered Massage Therapist who specializes in treatments like TMJ therapy, therapeutic facial massage, and lymphatic facial care. Her work supports areas we often overlook, but carry so much of our stress.
