I’m excited to announce that registration is now open for the SECOND ROUND of my Outdoor Bootcamp classes.

What you need to know

Round 2:

- Starts on July 21
- Continues for 5 and a half weeks
- Finishes on Aug 25
- Mondays and Thursdays
- Can do 1 or both days
- Time: 6:30 to 7:30 pm
- Class is taught in Farsi
- Need to bring a yoga mat & a pair of light dumbbells with you
- Location: Thornhill
- Women Only
- Registration deadline: July 16
