Key ingredients when trying to eat for $1.00 a day- lentils, oats and millet 😐
I challenged myself to the with the aim to shed light on summer hunger in Canada. Food banks in Canada are busiest during the summer, while donations are the lowest. Food banks in Canada are able to provide 3 meals for $1.00, which is amazing and shows that any donation goes a long way! I am writing a blog post with more information and my finished meals for the day. It is a very difficult challenge, especially to do it nutritiously!
