Alpha House is looking for passionate Addictions Counsellors and Peer Support Workers to join our team!

Position: Relief/Part-Time – Overnight Focus
Start: Immediately

About the Role:
We're seeking individuals with lived experience in addiction recovery to provide overnight supervision, facilitate group sessions, and deliver one-on-one support to our clients. If you have 2+ years of continuous sobriety and active involvement in a 12-Step program, we want to hear from you!

Required:
✅ Lived experience with addiction and recovery
✅ Active 12-Step involvement
✅ 2+ years continuous sobriety (preferred)
✅ Addictions Counsellor: Coursework toward certification required
✅ Peer Support Worker: Certification required or in progress

What We Offer:
A supportive, recovery-centred environment where your lived experience is valued. Relief roles often grow into regular part-time or full-time positions.
