But when you think about what we do all day... Texting, typing, mousing, gripping, holding.... Our hands and arms do a lot!

It's no wonder there's great value to including these areas in your next massage therapy treatment. Your hands will thank you!

I don't know how, but somehow we are now into November!

This time of year gets VERY busy for massage therapists and my calendar is quickly filling.

All of my weekend spots are currently full and just a few early evening spots remain.

If you have benefits you'd like to use up, or haven't had a massage in awhile, I suggest booking in sooner than later.

As always, the waitlist is the best chance at securing an evening or weekend spot as cancellations frequently happen.

Reviewing previous course work is just as valuable as learning new skills (in my opinion!)

Recently I was lucky to be "the body" in a Cranial Techniques course that Mike Fuhr was giving.

Not only was it a great opportunity to refresh my knowledge from when I took his course a couple of years ago, but I got to feel what all the techniques can do first hand.

When I was looking for a space to rent for my solo massage therapy practice, I had no doubt that I wanted it to be in the Roncesvalles neighbourhood.

I absolutely love the vibe, the people, the amazing businesses and the feeling of community. I'm so lucky that I actually live in this vibrant area!

It's always so lovely to run into my fantastic clients/patients who also live here... whether walking the dog, buying produce at Maple, grabbing a coffee at , it's so nice to be a part of this wonderful neighbourhood. 😊
