With lots of sicknesses going around these days, I'm back to wearing a mask for cold and flu season.

You don't need to wear a mask during your massage session, however, I'm happy to provide one for you if you'd like!

A reminder too that if you're feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment and stay home!

Soooo many cancellations happen at this time of year, so openings are coming up frequently. The waitlist is your best chance at securing an appointment these days.

People are often surprised at the relief they feel when their hands and forearms are massaged.

But when you think about what we do all day... Texting, typing, mousing, gripping, holding.... Our hands and arms do a lot!

It's no wonder there's great value to including these areas in your next massage therapy treatment. Your hands will thank you!

I don't know how, but somehow we are now into November!

This time of year gets VERY busy for massage therapists and my calendar is quickly filling.

All of my weekend spots are currently full and just a few early evening spots remain.

If you have benefits you'd like to use up, or haven't had a massage in awhile, I suggest booking in sooner than later.

As always, the waitlist is the best chance at securing an evening or weekend spot as cancellations frequently happen.
