CCRAN’s 2025 Early Age Onset Cancer Symposium is open for registration and will be taking place virtually, on November 20–21, 2025! 

CCRAN is now in its fifth year of convening the Early Age Onset Cancer (EAOC) Symposium, a pan-tumour, national, educational event that brings together patients, clinicians, researchers, and policymakers; The 2025 event will be held virtually and will focus on Advancing Sustainable & Personalized Care for EAOC Patients: Addressing Systemic Barriers to Improve Outcomes.

We kindly invite patients and caregivers of the AYA program to register for the event! The program includes sessions on young adult cancer clinics, intimacy and fertility, survivorship, financial navigation, and much, much, more (the full agenda can be viewed on our website).

Cancer Isn’t Funny is Toronto’s only cancer-themed comedy fundraiser, supporting the AYA program at Princess Margaret while proving that laughter truly is the best medicine. After two successful years, the show is back for its 3rd annual edition!

Produced and hosted by Ally Yu - a leukemia survivor from PMH and current PMCF staff member - this event features comedians who have faced cancer head-on and turned their experiences into punchlines.
