Please note our clinic closures and limited hours over the holidays (see post for details). During closures, you can seek care through the Emergency Department or connect with CarePath for support. Please also note our email will not be monitored during these times.

CCRAN’s 2025 Early Age Onset Cancer Symposium is open for registration and will be taking place virtually, on November 20–21, 2025!

CCRAN is now in its fifth year of convening the Early Age Onset Cancer (EAOC) Symposium, a pan-tumour, national, educational event that brings together patients, clinicians, researchers, and policymakers; The 2025 event will be held virtually and will focus on Advancing Sustainable & Personalized Care for EAOC Patients: Addressing Systemic Barriers to Improve Outcomes.

We kindly invite patients and caregivers of the AYA program to register for the event! The program includes sessions on young adult cancer clinics, intimacy and fertility, survivorship, financial navigation, and much, much, more (the full agenda can be viewed on our website).
