Blocked nose? Try this CO₂ hack 🤯 (instant relief)

This works by temporarily shrinking swollen nasal tissue through nervous system + CO₂ tolerance 👃👇
• Reduces congestion fast
• No meds, no tools
• Great before work, workouts, or sleep

How to do it:
• Breathe in normally
• Slow, long exhale
• Hold at the bottom (empty lungs)
• Light head nods or a swallow
• Breathe normally when the urge hits

Why it works:
Higher CO₂ → less nasal swelling → better airflow

It’s a short-term reset, not a cure—but clutch when you need to breathe right now.

Get rid of that stubborn shoulder blade tightness you can never seem to release with this stretch! 🔥

If one nostril is blocked, it’s often due to blood flow and swelling not mucus. Turning your head shifts the nasal cycle and can open the congested side within seconds. Try it before reaching for sprays. 👃
