MUSIC + MOVEMENT — a Sunday session with BASE x ÜNDA

Join + .j_base for a guided 30-minute movement experience and some all-vinyl vibes.

Expect a full-body flow that blends mobility, stability, and strength — starting from the ground up. Through simple, everyday movements done with intention, expect to connect deeper to how you move, feel, and experience how your body supports you. Afterwards, we’ll get to kick it with some light refreshments and a chance to connect while we play records in the space.

This is a community centred event and all proceeds/donations will go to .fam to help support their monthly meals programs. The ripple effect of brining good people together over some universal connectors in music + movement should extend beyond just us catching a vibe.

We are excited to announce that we will officially be the home-base for .a.s.e ;)

BASE was founded by our very own .j_base & . Their mission is to bridge the gaps in healthcare and performance by providing accessible, evidence-based education and movement solutions that support how athletes manage, mitigate and train lower limb injuries.

Through this education based company, they are committed to building a stronger, healthier and more resilient community—creating strength from the ground up.

What they bring to the table is a wealth of knowledge that we are excited to share with our community, especially given the amount of runners and field+court based athletes we work with.

Be on the lookout for courses (for clinicians and trainers) and community workshops from them, hosted here at the studio.

Their first one is just around the corner—stay tuned for more details!

This shot is from the first ride of our summer series. It’s been beautiful to see the ÜNDA RIDE grow this year. We’ve brought a lot of folks together from different clubs and communities, seen people level up where they’re comfortable riding at faster paces with the group, and got to enjoy more of the east end of the city. Can’t ask for much more.

Thank you to all the riders who’ve brought the vibes and helped create an inclusive, fun and safe culture to the ride—you all know who you are. Let’s keep that same energy 🧡
