🌟Fall Equinox Sacred Sound Journey with Sophia 🌟
I am so happy to announce an upcoming Fall Equinox Sacred Sound Journey at the The Plant Mystic (The Inner Arts Collective)
on Saturday, September 20th 6pm-7:30pm. This will be on the East side of town at 257 Danforth Ave.
I will also be holding a Fall Equinox Solar Eclipse Sacred Sound Journey on Sunday, September 21st 5pm-6:30 pm at 2589 Dundas St. West (corner Humberside Ave.)
We will be gathering in an intimate group of 6 beautiful souls and connect to the changing energies of Fall. We will gather to realign our energies, clear old ones and expand into new frequencies with the guidance of Tibetan Singing & crystal bowls, tingsha, bell, voice and gongs. All you need to do is open your heart and surrender to the sounds and vibrations around you and within you. We invite you to experience the magic of this vibratory experience where you can heal, release, be inspired and expand your mind/body journey through sacred sounds.

Dress comfortably, we do have yoga mats, faux furs & skins, and head pillows and a few bolsters. Bring a shawl or blanket for extra comfort and a bolster if need be.
