Today on World Mental Health Day, Stella’s Place announced 200 new free counselling spaces for young adults. This achievement was made possible by a $206,300 Ontario Trillium Foundation grant! 💚

We also launched Cooking Compassion, a cookbook exploring the link between food and mental wellness.
